A wide off shoulder neckline carries a double layer of ruffle across the shoulders, so the line of the collarbone stays open and soft. The cloth is a cotton blend printed with small botanical sprigs, and the long sleeves fall full before gathering into narrow elastic cuffs. The body is cut easy through the waist and the back is shirred, so it settles where you leave it.
