Return Policy

We hope you love your YNAKIM purchase. If for any reason it’s not quite right, we’re happy to accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

A $5.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• All original tags must remain attached.
• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Final sale and clearance items are not eligible for return.

To begin a return, please contact us at main@ynakim.com with your order number. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment, less the $5.00 return shipping fee. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account after it has been processed.
